After the NEET 2026 Counselling Round 3 seat allotment result, candidates must follow the next steps based on their allotment status.

- The MCC NEET UG Round 3 seat allotment result 2026 is scheduled to be released on September 30, 2026. Candidates who are allotted a seat must download their allotment letter and report to the allotted medical or dental college within the specified timeline.

- Candidates who receive a fresh allotment or an upgraded seat in NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling must complete document verification, pay the applicable admission fee and complete the joining formalities. Physical reporting at the allotted college is scheduled from October 1 to October 9, 2026. Candidates should carry their NEET UG admit card, scorecard, allotment letter, Class 10 and 12 certificates, category certificate, PwD certificate, identity proof and other documents required by the college.

- For candidates who receive an upgraded seat, the previous Round 2 seat will no longer be retained. Such candidates must collect their original documents from the previous college, complete the required relieving formalities and report to the newly allotted college.

- Candidates who are not allotted a seat in NEET 2026 Round 3 can check their eligibility for the next counselling stage. The NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round registration and fee payment are scheduled from October 12 to 14, followed by choice filling and seat allotment. The stray vacancy seat allotment result is scheduled for October 17, 2026.
